Fitness Training 

In the world of high-level athletes, performance training and taking proper care of the body is key. Becoming one of the top athletes in your sport requires focus, discipline, and a determination that you rarely witness from others. 

 

Our coaches at the Ezra Williams Basketball Academy will look at the sport, the playing style of the individual athlete, and the requirements/demands the athlete puts on their body and come up with a suitable program for that athlete to be successful.

 

Not all athletes are of the same caliber and will have similar playing styles. This is why it is extremely important to understand the importance of designing a training program that is tailored to that individual and optimizes performance and injury mitigation.
